12.65 acres of A-5a agricultural land in Kaiholena, where North Kohala meets endless views. Raw, untouched land in an off-grid subdivision — no power lines overhead, no traffic, no neighbors close enough to hear. Just trade winds, open sky, and room to build something that lasts. Kaiholena community association maintains a non-potable well that this lot has access to. The views are truly spectacular. Ocean and the Maui coastline across the channel, rolling pastoral green climbing toward the Kohala mountains, and west-facing exposure for sunsets every evening that are worth stopping and admiring. Panoramic in the truest sense — the outlook shifts with the light all day long. At 12.65 acres, siting is entirely yours: main residence, agricultural activity, orchard, pasture, or all of it, with generous distance in every direction. Off-grid living here is a design choice, not a compromise — solar and wells are the norm in this subdivision. Bring your architect and design your dream. This coast is mostly in conservation or owned in large trusts, it will look eerily similar in 20 years as it does now.
